is Coaching? Coaching is dialogue and action to create the
life you love. It is not therapy, as it does not involve mental health issues
nor resolve past problems. With the support of your Coach you shape the "here
and now" creating a thriving life.
Coaching can touch on all aspects of your life: from designing a new, more rewarding
career, to ensuring more family time, to achieving dreams you never thought possible.

What is Co-Active Coaching?
Co-Active Coaching is a unique, proactive alliance with coach and
client working together as equals in meeting the needs of
the client. It holds that all people are naturally creative, resourceful,
whole; completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever
challenges they face. Co-Active Coaches listen and empower, rather
than inform and advise. Posing powerful questions, the Coach leads
clients to their own true self. Co-Active Coaching considers that
all facets of our lives are interconnected - career, relationships,
recreation, personal growth, and finances.
Logistics
Our coaching relationship begins with a free half hour call to determine
if we are a good match as coach and client. Once we determine that
we want to work together, we then "design the alliance"
in a 1 hour call. Subsequent coaching calls are thirty minutes a
week, with email and short calls in between. Typically, clients
receive an assignment which is completed during the week and reported
on in the next call. Fees are paid at the beginning of each month.
