We want care to be accessible. 🛡️ We’ll check whether your plan can be used in-network with one of our clinicians. If that isn’t a match, we’ll look at 🧾 OON benefits or 💙 sliding-fee spots (limited). Together, we’ll help you choose the best path.

🛡️ In-Network (verification required)

Coverage varies by plan and state. Before scheduling, we’ll set you up for a quick automated eligibility check through our insurance portal. This confirms whether one of our clinicians is in-network with your plan and shows any copay/coinsurance/deductible.

What to do

1. Tell us your insurance plan (insurer name and, if you have it, your member ID).

2. Share it via our Contact Us page.

After you submit your plan, we’ll send the secure portal link for the quick check and then follow up with your estimated costs and scheduling options.

Note: Not all clinicians are in-network with every plan; we’ll match you accordingly.

🧾 Private Pay / Out-of-Network (OON)

If you’re seeing a private-pay clinician, you may be able to use OON benefits. We can submit a courtesy claim when available or provide a superbill for you to file.

Typical results
Many PPO plans reimburse 60–80% of eligible fees after your OON deductible is met (your plan’s “allowed amount” applies).

Example
Session fee $200 → plan reimburses 80% after deductible → estimated net cost ≈ $40 per session after reimbursement.

We reserve a small number of reduced-fee openings with a supervised clinician for clients with financial need.
Typical range: $50–$100 per session. Availability varies; we’ll confirm your rate before you begin.

• 🛡️ In-Network: Verify → we confirm costs → copay/coinsurance charged per visit.

• 🧾 OON: We submit a courtesy claim or you submit our superbill → insurer reimburses you directly if eligible.

• 💳 HSA/FSA: Accepted for private-pay services.

• 🖥️ Telehealth: Secure video sessions (NY, MD, CA, AZ).

• 🗓️ Cancellation: Less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full fee.

• 📄 Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act): Available upon request.
