She offers a compassionate, collaborative approach to helping clients strengthen communication, navigate relationship challenges, deepen emotional intimacy, and build more secure connections.
Toby is trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an evidence-based approach that helps couples strengthen friendship and intimacy, manage conflict, rebuild trust, and develop healthier relationship patterns.

She is particularly passionate about creating an affirming space where clients can explore their authentic selves, navigate relationship transitions, and feel genuinely understood without judgment or assumptions.
Her clinical interests include attachment wounds, developmental trauma, communication difficulties, relationship conflict, and sex and intimacy concerns. She helps individuals and couples explore how early experiences and attachment patterns influence their current relationships while developing greater emotional awareness, security, and connection.
Toby's clinical training includes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She integrates these approaches to provide individualized, trauma-informed care tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Toby provides LGBTQ+ affirming, kink-affirming, and sex-positive therapy, welcoming individuals and partners across diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, including consensually non-monogamous relationships. She strives to create an inclusive, nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their identities, relationships, and experiences while building more fulfilling connections.
